Returning a visitor back to the queue
Move a called visitor back into waiting for Services.
Did a visitor forget to bring his required documents? Needs to go and feed the parking meter? Whatever the reason, if you can't finish the service you can just return the visitor back to the waitlist.

The Return to waiting action will help to ensure an accurate service time for the cases where there are service interruptions, cases of re-scheduling, or priority changes.
