How to change the duration format in the exported Excel reports?

Display the durations in time stamps or minute format.

Durations in the exported Excel reports from the Visitor History insights are now displayed as hh:mm:ss instead of "XXmin" format.

If you wish to use the previous duration format in your exported Excel reports, apply these steps below.

1- Export your report from the Visitor History insights page.

2- Once you downloaded your Excel report, select the duration column you wish to change the format of.

2- Right click and select Format cells.

3- Select the Custom format option.

4- Type [mm] "min" and press OK.
