With Qminder Location Performance, you can:
🕓 Track the location performance, identify rush hours and increase workforce.
👩💻 See your visitor volumes and better understand service demand.
To access Location performance:
- Go to Data Insights: Click the Data Insights menu located on the left-hand sidebar.
- Select Location performance tab at the top.
Filters
At the top of the page, you can adjust the time frame and services. These filters will be applied for all the following metrics and graphs on the page.
Overview
Volumes and Performance section provides high-level overview of your location most important data points:
- Total number of visitors of the selected time period, and optionally, for the selected services.
- Daily average visitors
- Breakdown by status: served, no shows and cancellations.
- Avg wait time
- Avg service time
Daily visitors
The Daily Visitors graph shows an overview of visitors for the selected period, and optionally, for the selected services.
Average hourly visits
Here you can see what time periods are the busiest. When you set the time frame to one specific day ("Today", "Yesterday" or "Specific Date"), this graph will show the total number of visitors per hour for that day.
Average visitors by day of week
Here you can see what days of the week are the busiest.
Wait time
Avg wait time display the average amount of time the visitors were on the waitlist before being moved to the serve list.
Service time
- Avg service time times
- 95th percentile is a statistic calculation that discards the top 5% data in order to provide a more accurate view of performance as it focuses on the common cases and removes the extreme cases.
