There’s no separate setup needed for appointments specifically. All translations applied through your standard Multilingual Support settings will automatically carry over to the appointments flow.

Good to know

  • Visitors can choose their preferred language at any point during the booking process using the language selector in the top-right corner on the Visitor website.

  • Translations apply consistently across the Visitor Website, Appointments, and Remote Waitlist flows.

What’s translated in the appointments flow?

If your multilingual setup is already in place, the following elements will be automatically translated in the appointment booking flow:

  • Service names

  • Input fields (e.g. name, phone number, etc.)

  • Visitor website content

⚠️ Note: Some Appointments-specific terms (like “Schedule appointment” or “Select date and time”) may still appear in English in certain languages.

We’re working on translating these incrementally and will roll out updates as soon as they’re available. Thanks for your patience!

This means your appointment visitors will see the full booking flow in their preferred language — no extra work required.
