See visitors' preferred language on the Service View, and get ready for service in advance.
If your location has multiple languages configured, visitors will be asked to select a language on the iPad and will see the Service names and check-in questions in their preferred language.
Once a visitor selects a language and signs in for a Service via iPad or Visit Planner, the visitors will have a Language field in the Visitor Details area, showing their chosen language.
You can manually change the Language and assign the visitor a different language. This will apply to the upcoming scheduled automated Text messages if there are any, and send visitors Text messages in the latter chosen language.
