You can access the following functions with the Dashboard app: 

• Serve your customer and call next

• See who is waiting in line

• Keep an overview of who is serving who and on what matter

• Track average waiting time, average service time, and yesterday's performance

Other than that, the app provides real-time notifications on above-average queue length, service times, statistics, and more.

Compatibility

The Qminder Dashboard app is compatible with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and requires iOS 11.0 or later. If you are using an Android device, you can log in to the Qminder dashboard through your browser.
