      Qminder Pricing

      Learn about the subscription model of Qminder.

      Qminder is based on the software as a service subscription model with the option of either paying monthly or annually. Check our pricing page for an overview.

      • Possibility to roll Qminder to unlimited locations. Each location has its own set of lines, users, and settings. 

      • You can add as many devices (iPad, Apple TV) as you need. No restrictions!

      • Having separate locations in Qminder for multiple different service centers guarantees that the performance and visitor statistics of both locations are kept separate and reflect each individual location.

      • If you choose to pay annually rather than on a monthly basis, you get a discount.

      ​STARTER PLAN - $389/month

      • The standard plan offers all the core features of Qminder including intuitive queue management and clear-cut service intelligence. 

      • Unlimited locations, devices, visitors, and online support!

      • Includes up to 10 users.

      BUSINESS PLAN - $789/month

      • The business plan offers all the core features of Qminder, including intuitive queue management and clear-cut service intelligence.

      • Unlimited locations, devices, visitors, and online support!

      • Includes up to 25 users.

      • SMS - send automatic SMS messages to visitors and allow visitors and clerks to communicate via SMS chat in Qminder. NB! Pricing may vary for non-US clients.

      ​PREMIUM PLAN - $1049/month (billed annually)

      • In addition to Business plan features, the Premium offers custom branding, data controls, and dedicated support.

      • Unlimited locations, devices, visitors, and online support!

      • Includes up to 50 users.

      • Custom branding - our designer will create custom designs for the iPad and Apple TV apps with your company colors. Contact us at sales@qminder.com for example, images of branding designs.

      • API support - our developers will assist you with Qminder API integration.

      • Data Controls - the ability to automatically delete personal data after a set amount of time and access to the user activity log.

      • Dedicated Support - personal implementation and onboarding assistance to ensure a successful rollout.

      ENTERPRISE PLAN - Custom pricing

      ANNUAL PAYMENT

      Subscribing to Qminder's annual plan comes with a discount.

      Pricing:

      • The annual Starter plan is $4668/year.

      • The annual Business plan is $9468/year.

      • The annual Premium plan is $12588/year.
