Move a called visitor back into waiting for Services.
Did a visitor forget to bring his required documents? Needs to go and feed the parking meter? Whatever the reason, if you can't finish the service you can just return the visitor back to the waitlist.
The Return to queue action will help to ensure an accurate Service time for the cases where there are service interruptions, cases of re-scheduling, or priority changes.
You can select where to position the visitor in the queue based on the situation.
Depending on the average wait time for the specific Services, the Middle of the queue or the Last in the queue is a good option when you know that it will take some time for a visitor to return.
