Get data about visitors' preferred languages and understand trends.
If your location has multiple languages added, visitors will choose a preferred language before they check in to Services via iPad or Visit Planner.
In Visitor History under Data Insights, you can display Labels to see visitors' selected language during check-in.
If you don't see the Labels in Visitor History, configure the Columns from the above section.
You can apply filters and display only the Language Labels or selected languages. This can be used for analyzing;
- What are the most popular languages in my location?
- How many non-English-speaking visitors does my location receive daily, weekly, or over a custom date range?
- Which Services are most requested by non-English-speaking visitors?
