What is Visitor History in Data Insights?

The history log of all visitor tickets served.

The Visitor History gives you a quick overview of visitors by showing their names, the time they signed up, their waiting time, and the service time. All of this data is shown in the ticket list view. Click one to review Ticket Details from that visit.

The upper bar contains multiple filtering options that allow for a better drill-down of the data, as needed.

Filters include:

Location (if accessible by role permissions)
Date
Clerks
Services
Status
Waiting time
Service time
Labels

Additional action bar allows you to use:

Search bar - lets you search by any keyword
Columns - allows you to choose what information to display on the screen
Download Excel - allows you to download the table. Note that all the columns marked to be shown under Columns will be included into the table.

You can sort the final table by any column you have chosen to be shown on the screen: e.g. Visitors' name, clerk, service line, etc. They will be sorted in alphabetical order.

Filtering Visitor History

Filter the log by Date.

You can select from pre-defined options or choose the custom period.

Options include:

Waiting
Called
Removed
No show
Returned to waiting
Forwarded
Served

Filter history by Wait Time or Service Time.

Filter history by Labels

Export Data

You can export visitor data to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the Download Excel button.

Setting up custom Input Fields allows you to gather specific data from your visitors which will be reflected in the export sheet. This gives you a variety of opportunities to collect and analyze exactly the information most relevant to you.
