You can configure what lines are shown by an iPad in the iPad settings.
Go to the Locations settings from the side menu and navigate to the iPad settings. Select the iPad you want to configure.
In the iPad settings, click on the field saying "Service A Service B". The current settings will be displayed on the right. The lines you can see here will be shown on the iPad.
Search the lines you have already set up and select the ones you want to be displayed on the iPad.
To remove a line from this iPad-specific selection click on the "x" to the right of the line name.
