How does it work?

To offer a multilingual check-in flow:

  1. Add languages to your Location and iPad devices
  2. Use the auto-translate function or manually add translations for Service names, Input fields, Text messages, Visit Planner and iPad.

Owners, Managers, and Admins can add and manage Languages & Translations in Location settings. Once a new language is added to a Location, the option to auto-translate your service flow will appear on the page.

With the Auto-translate button, you can instantly translate; Service names, Input fields, Text messages, Visit Planner, and iPad devices from English to other languages. Translations will be visible on the Visit Planner page and also on the iPad devices, once you enable languages in your iPad devices.

The auto-translation feature uses English as the base language and translates Service names, Input fields, and Text messages by using machine translation.

⚠️ For accuracy, please manually check translations in the Location settings pages.

How do visitors sign in in a multilingual flow?

On iPad, visitors will be asked to choose a language before they pick a service or fill in the sign-in questions. Once they choose a language, they will see the Service names, and check-in questions in their preferred language.

Languages and translations that are added under Location settings will automatically appear on Visit Planner. Visitors can choose a language from the upper right corner of the page and continue the check-in flow in their preferred language.
